Pick how the bar tab works
Open Tab: you cover all food and drinks, no cap.
Budget Tab: you pre-fund a set amount. Once it's reached, guests pay their own way.
Patron Pay: guests pay for themselves all night. You cover any shortfall to the minimum.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking
The balance and food and beverage minimum are due the night of; anything over the minimum is billed at standard menu pricing
Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit
