The Best Place to Watch Sports With Your Dog in Orlando

Game day used to mean a choice. Go out with your friends or stay home with your dog.

Not anymore.

Game day, dog included

At Dougie's Dog Bar, your dog plays in the off-leash yard while you watch the game on a screen you can actually see.

  • Ten 65-inch TVs

  • A 16-by-9-foot LED jumbotron

  • State-of-the-art sound

  • 12 beer taps with local brews and national favorites

  • Snacks, shareables, and entrees for the whole crew

College football Saturdays, Sunday afternoons, and the big games in between. If it's the game everyone's talking about, it's on.

Why it works

Your dog gets a game day too. While you're glued to the fourth quarter, your pup is running, wrestling, and cooling off in the splash zone. A tired dog is a happy dog, and a happy dog means you can actually watch the game.

No rushing home. No watching the clock because your dog has been alone since noon. Double-headers are on the table.

Everyone's welcome. Friends without dogs can come too. Leashed dogs can hang with you on the patio.

When to come

  • Saturdays: we open at noon. Settle in for the afternoon slate.

  • Sundays: open noon to 11pm. Plenty of time for the early games through the late ones.

  • Weeknights: open at 4pm Tuesday through Friday for evening games.

Big game coming up? Check our event calendar for watch parties.

Monday night? Make it yours

We're closed to the public on Mondays, which means you can rent the whole place. Picture your fantasy league, your office, or your whole crew watching the game on a 16-foot screen with the entire yard to yourselves. A dog-friendly option is available with a dedicated yard attendant. Request your Monday night.

Game day tips for dog owners

  • Get your dog set up first. Add vaccine records on our portal before game day so you're not stuck at check-in during kickoff.

  • Come a little early. Let your dog burn off the zoomies before the big moments.

  • Watch the heat. Afternoon games in Florida get warm. We have shade, a splash zone, and attendants watching for overheating. Pull your pup in for breaks.

  • Stay with your dog. You're responsible for your pup the whole time, even during overtime.
